This method drastically reduces the amount of required labor and man-hours for setup work and even halves the number of days for work and costs. It also contributes to improving the safety of setup work by reducing man-hours and providing several cases of one-stop contracted setup work on the same premises for the ease of customers.
All we need to do on-site is to set up a portal crane, which is easy to assemble and disassemble and place rails. Therefore, there is no need to perform sheet iron curing which requires a lot of labor and it reduces the clean up by half.
It can be moved to the installation location with a portal crane and set up on the stand with different elevation quickly. Therefore, labor can be drastically reduced compared to the method of aligning it with the target height using a jack.
