Handling of Personal Information

Before registering with us, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the handling of personal information that you (the “Registrant”) provide to Sun Engineering (“the Company”).

1. Acquisition of and Purpose of Acquiring Personal Information

The Company acquires the Registrant’s personal information for the purpose of providing job information and personnel / labor management services.

2. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company manages personal information acquired from the Registrant appropriately, and does not disclose or provide it to any third party under any circumstances, excluding the following cases:

• Where the Company has the consent of the Registrant his or herself
• Where the Company is required to disclose information in accordance with laws and legal regulations
• Where the Company commissions an external service provider to carry out work or services, in order to provide services requested by the Registrant

3. Correction, Disclosure and Deletion of Personal Information

Where the Registrant wishes for the Company to correct, disclose or delete items of his or her personal information that are under management by the Company, the Company shall do so promptly.

4. Safe Management of Personal Information and Improvement Measures

The Company implements preventive and rectifying measures to avoid unauthorized access to and leakage, loss or destruction of personal information; and shall endeavor to respond appropriately and correctly to socioenvironmental changes.

5. Handling of Complaints

The Company handles complaints regarding the handling of personal information promptly and appropriately.
